1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT & HOW WE USE IT

When you use the Site, you may provide us with information about you. This may include your name and contact information, financial information to make or receive payment for services obtained through the Verrt platform. When you use the Service, we may also collect information related to your use of the Service and aggregate this with information about other users. This helps us improve our Services for you. Agencies may also provide us with information about Market Sellers associated with the Agency.

The information we may collect from you include:

• Personal information: When you sign up to the Verrt platform (whether as a Client, Market Seller, Market Buyer, Agency or otherwise), we may
require or otherwise collect information that identifies you as a specific individual and can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal
Information”). Examples of Personal Information include your name, email address, company or personal address, billing address,
and phone number.
• Profile details: When you create your profile in the Verrt platform, we may require you to provide certain information to set up your account,
including some governmental documents and licenses to identify your entity’s legality (if applicable). The information will be used to
publicize your profile in our platform to connect you with Site users.
• Payment information: If you use the Site to make or receive payments, we will also collect certain payment information, such as credit card or
other financial account information, and billing address.
• Technical and other non-identifying information: When you use the Site, non-identifying information is automatically collected such as zip
codes, demographic data, information about your device (such as device or browser type), information regarding your use of the Site. Certain
non-Identifying information would be considered a part of your Personal Information if it were combined with other identifiers in a way that
enables you to be identified (for example, combining information with your name). But the same pieces of information are considered non
Identifying Information when they are taken alone or combined only with other non-identifying information (for example, your viewing
preferences). We may combine your personal information with non-Identifying Information, but Verrt will treat the combined information
as Personal Information.

You do not have a statutory obligation to provide us with any information, but you may have a contractual obligation to do so. We may not be able to provide our Service to you if we do not receive certain information from you. 2. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Verrt employs third-party vendors and hosting partners such as Amazon Web Services for hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology we need to run Verrt. By using Verrt’s Services, you authorize Verrt to transfer, store, and use your information in any other country where we operate.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us. Verrt takes commercially reasonable steps to help protect and secure the information it collects and stores about Verrt Users. All access to the Site is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS/SSL to protect data transmitted to and from our site. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Thus, Verrt cannot ensure and does not warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.

You use Verrt’s Services at your own risk, and you’re responsible for taking reasonable measures to secure your account. You are also responsible for helping to protect the security of your Personal Information. For instance, never give out your password, and safeguard your user name, password and personal credentials when you are using the Services, so that other people will not have access to your Personal Information. Furthermore, you are responsible for maintaining the security of any personal computing device on which you utilize the Services.

3. THIRD-PARTY EMBEDS

Some of the content that you may see displayed on Verrt is not hosted by Verrt. These “embeds” are hosted by a third-party and embedded in Verrt. These files send data to the hosted site just as if you were visiting that site directly which are not subject to Verrt’s Privacy Policy. They are covered instead by the privacy policy of the third-party service.

4. COOKIES & TRACKING

We use browser “cookies,” which are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer or mobile device. We use cookies for:

• Identifying you when you sign-in to our site
• Keeping track of your specified preferences
• Conducting research and diagnostics to improve Verrt’s Services
• Preventing fraudulent activities
• Improving security

Some third-party services that we use to provide services, such as Google Analytics, may place their own cookies in your browser. This Privacy Policy covers use of cookies by Verrt only and not the use of cookies by third parties. Please note that we do not alter our website’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

5. MODIFYING OR DELETING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You may change your account information on Verrt at any time. To do this, simply visit your profile and edit information as desired. You may email us at hello@verrt.com to request that we delete your personal information from our database. In that case, please place “delete my account” in the subject line and include your first and last name and e-mail address in the body of the message. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for business administrative purposes.

Please note that communications you have with Verrt will be stored by us, and may not be subject to modification or deletion.

6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may periodically update this Policy. We’ll notify you about any significant changes to it. The most current version of the policy will always be here.

7. DISPUTEE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The place of arbitration shall be Bahrain. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
We reserve the right to modify the dispute resolution mechanism, provided that You will be updated if these Terms are revised.

8. CHOICE OF LAW

The Site Terms of Use, the other Terms of Service, and any Claim will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

9. INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before serving a demand for arbitration of a Claim, you and Verrt agree to first notify each other of the Claim. You agree to notify Verrt of the Claim at Manama Centre Building, building 58, Gate 1, Block 316, Manama Center, Bahrain or by email and Verrt agrees to provide to you a notice at your email address on file (in each case, a “Notice”). You and Verrt then will seek informal voluntary resolution of the Claim. Any Notice must include pertinent account information, a brief description of the Claim, and contact information, so that you or Verrt, as applicable, may evaluate the Claim and attempt to informally resolve the Claim. Both you and Verrt will have 60 days from the date of the receipt of the Notice to informally resolve the other party’s Claim, which, if successful, will avoid the need for further action.

10. SCOPE OF ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CONDUCT OF ARBITRATION

This Arbitration Provision applies to any Claim (defined above) the parties may have and survives after your relationship with Verrt ends. Claims covered by this Arbitration Provision include, but are not limited to, all claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
